Our fee includes: marketing the property through local advertising and prominent to let board, internet sites including RightMove, obtain gas and electrical safety inspections (as required) in accordance with current legislation. Obtain references from the tenant and prepare an inventory and schedule of condition (if required), and the signing of all legal documents, collect a deposit from the tenant (normally one months rent) which is registered with www.mydeposits.co.uk
Check in the tenant and ensure that your property is inspected half way through tenancy, check the tenant out at the end of tenancy. And then repeat the process (hopefully) all over again ........
